Better IT careers means helping candidates to better market their skills as well as helping candidates to develop better skills."

Our Journey
IT-Pathways.com was co-founded by Andres and Cassandra Villalva. In 2007 we started a home project in Brisbane, Australia to assist close friends and family to learn and ultimately enter the Information Technology industry.
After 12 months of research we realized that we had compiled sufficient information to write a book and a little market research revealed that there was a tremendous demand for the information that we had to offer. Instead of writing a book, we produced our first video series that was received with very encouraging praise and has been an outstanding success in terms of results for our customers.
The IT-pathways website itself was originally created to support the video series but we soon found that people wanted more out of the site. The site grew from several pages to hundreds of pages and we continue to expand exponentially to provide as much assistance as possible for current and future Information Technology professionals.
Today, IT-Pathways employs a dozen contractors specializing in HR, Research, Data Entry, Database development and Application development and the website is a rich knowledgebase of experiences from well respected industry experts.
We hope that we can help you with your IT career development, whether it be training, information, examples, commentary, tips or news we aim to become the largest specialist IT Career Development website in the world (if we are not already).

Andres is an IT industry professional with over 15 years of experience. He specializes in telecommunications and is currently contracted as a telecommunications architect for a multinational mining company.
