I was pleased to see your advertisement for an IT Recruiter on Jobsearch.com. I am currently an IT recruiter with ABC Inc. and have over 8 years’ experience working in vacancy fulfilment and associated roles. I am confident that my knowledge, skills and experience places me very well to undertake this role.
I currently manage all the recruitment needs of 20 IT industry clients, actively working with them daily to fulfil their needs by attracting the very best candidates. I also assist in developing their vacancy profiling and clearly understanding their recruitment needs for current and future organizational changes.
I have previous experience working with other recruitment agencies as a client and have a great understanding of the important role of an agency and the benefits a great IT recruiter can provide to a client.
I understand the needs and requirements to fulfil technology roles, as I have worked within the field and have a bachelor’s degree in information technology. This is complimented by my certificate in recruitment & retention from Broadland Institute and I am a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers.
