Tasks and Activities

  • Drive IT strategy and development.
  • Ensure a strong strategic alignment of IT processes and programs of works to business plans.
  • Develop and execute short term and long term projects aligned to business plans.
  • Manage IT Directors in the infrastructure, customer service and application delivery streams.
  • Assume management leadership in providing IT strategic direction.
  • Assume responsibility for audit and record keeping compliance.
  • Contribute to medium and long term high level budgeting and planning.
  • Inspire, enable and motivate the team.

Organizational Position
