Duties
[Suggest Edit]- Develop and implement IT strategies to meet immediate and long term business objectives
- Perform routine audits of systems and software and perform daily backups
- Manage the purchasing and licensing activities for all software, hardware and other IT supplies
- Perform routine audits on systems and software to understand the status of compliance requirements
- Ensure the control, integrity, and accessibility of web applications for the enterprise
- Govern the delivery of IT systems implementation and support
- Monitor and maintain operational revenue, margins and expenses
- Monitor and ensure compliance to Service Level Agreements
- Manage, motivate and lead Information Technology professionals
- Identify and address training and skills requirements in line with the business strategic plan and technology road maps
- Ensure that client projects are delivered to meet required outcomes, quality and client experience metrics
- Deliver, endorse and promote acceptable use policies
- Own/perform training, safety, risk and record keeping compliance audits
- Identify and negotiate third party agreements including suppliers and outsourcing contracts
- Provide reporting and recommendations to executive management
